Rosó? is a traditional Polish clear broth made most commonly from chicken meat.
Ours is made with organic chicken from O?Connells Organic Acers and it is ready to drink, or used to elevate other soups or sauces.
In Poland it is commonly served with capellini pasta as a Sunday soup, in my family every week!
